Karen is an Accredited Executive Coach with over 20 years’ experience of working with boards and executives in the not-for-profit sector and higher education sectors. She has developed a coaching model that is action-orientated and solution-focused, while still creating space for conversation, curiosity and challenge.

Ali is passionate about supporting people and leaders to better understand themselves, their motivations and their strengths, and to help them make better decisions, in their careers and personal lives. She has a particular skill in helping people understand how to nurture their emotional health to enhance their performance.  She holds a distinction in the Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing from Kingstown College, Dublin, which is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In addition to Karen and Ali, Colin McCallum has worked with Vice-Chancellors and Senior Academic leadership teams to unlock their potential and understanding of their role in fundraising and campaign execution.
