Meet the Team - Annarosa Muscatelli, Senior Consultant

A bit about Annarosa and her career 

Annarosa has been working with Cairney and Company since 2021, and brought with her a wealth of experience in fundraising and advancement. Previously working in the Health team at University College London (UCL), Annarosa secured over £2.5m in philanthropic income as part of their £600m It’s All Academic Campaign.

She started her career as a student caller at the University of Glasgow back in 2009, before being a CASE Graduate Trainee. Since then she has worked across major giving, leadership giving, regular giving, events and stewardship and now has the chance to bring all that experience together helping Cairney & Company’s clients.

Favourite thing about working at C&C –  

The variety of work! I love how varied our clients are and the work we do. It is incredibly interesting and exciting to be working with teams from schools, universities and charities all at the same time – and there is so much that each can learn from the other. Plus, I could be boarding a train headed for Elgin one day and then a few months later packing my bags to head to Melbourne… this is pretty cool!

Outside of work    

I spend a lot of time around food! I cook a lot, write recipes and review restaurants as part of my food blog ‘The Wee Italian Foodie’… I think my husband and friends would describe me as a ‘feeder’. I also spend a lot of time doing sport (well fuelled by all that food!) and walking in nature with the dog.

I also do some small art commissions and design Christmas cards and donate the profits to charity.
