Nicole is a Communications & Projects Coordinator with a passion for creating engaging content and supporting the delivery of successful events and projects. With a background in International Business and a creative approach to communications, she enjoys bringing ideas to life and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Nicole founded and runs a freelance social media management business and has experience working across marketing and operations within a non-profit accelerator.
She holds an MA in International Business Management from Heriot-Watt Business School, which has given her a strong grounding in business and an appreciation for working collaboratively across different areas of an organisation. At Cairney & Company, she supports the planning and delivery of strategic marketing, communications, events and project activity.
Alongside her professional work, Nicole enjoys creating engaging content online in her spare time, allowing her to explore her creative side and keep developing her interest in communications and digital marketing.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying creative and active. She was a dancer from a young age and trained in both ballet and tap, an experience which has continued to shape her appreciation for creativity, discipline and performance.
What inspires Nicole to think big?
I am inspired to think big by the strong women and supportive people around me. My family have always encouraged me to believe in myself, dream big and chase what makes me happy. Seeing the people I admires create their own paths inspires me to keep pushing myself, take opportunities and believe in what I can achieve.
