Heather is a seasoned project management and business intelligence professional with a depth of experience in training and developing high performing teams.

Along with over thirty years’ experience in the private and education sectors, Heather brings a critical eye to her work with clients, who can be assured that no stone will be left unturned. 

Most recently, Heather acted as an Associate Director for OPITO, the skills organisation for the oil and gas industry.  She led and managed the skills strategy, liaised with partners and ensured the optimal operation of all business intelligence functions.

Heather has also worked extensively as a project manager in the education sector, managing major SFC and JISC funded projects aimed at embedding strategies and procedures in higher education institutions.  She has completed research, evaluation and feasibilities studies involving stakeholder engagement across employers and education partners.
