Development Operations Executive

Donna joins Cairney and Company with extensive experience in operations within the corporate world. Previously Head of Operations for Scotland & NI with Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare, Donna brings over 20 years’ experience in operations management and service delivery. 

Prior to this, Donna was Business Manager at Aviva where she led the transformation of Aviva’s offshore operating model and the migration of multiple workstreams for various business units in India.  Donna prides herself on her approach to process improvement and, managing and implementing change.

With a proven track record of developing and mentoring people, Donna takes pride in leading from the front. She is a dedicated and self-motivated individual who thrives on understanding and improving upon every aspect of the business.

Outside of work Donna enjoys, walking, reading and spending quality time with family.

What inspires Donna to think big?

I have been inspired by many strong woman personally and professionally. Most recently Dame Deborah James who sadly lost her battle with Bowel Cancer in 2022. Following her diagnosis, she continued to live the best life possible whilst raising awareness of the disease and over £11m for the cause. She was defined by her legacy and moto of rebellious hope and is a true inspiration.
